---To me, black represents one of the most powerful colors. There's a lot of lore built off it used in ritual magick along with various symbolism. It can symbolize the night, the most peaceful time of the day when the world sleeps, or a cloak covering greater mysteries.

Black is all the colors of the rainbow carefully spun together into one master color. For this piece I wanted to recreate what the creation of black might look like. Crystals can contain energy for workings, so I chose to use them as the image foundation.

A rainbow has been captured within on crystal, and it's energy is being spun into the birth of the black stone.

Purple is another color that signifies divinity and spirituality. I associate it with magickal workings a lot and otherworldly qualities, so I chose to use it as a prime color in the manip.
